Our Doctors
Patrick Nagle, DDS
Patrick did his training for dentistry and periodontics in Toronto, receiving his DDS from the University of Toronto. He then completed a one-year oral pathology residency in Toronto before completing a two-year periodontal residency at the University of Toronto. After a brief stint in London, Ontario, Pat moved down to the Windsor area, working with Dr. Walters for a couple of years before setting up his own practice in 1981.
Pat loved periodontics and dentistry, as he was committed to saving his patients teeth and keeping his patients out of dentures when it was possible. Pat is committed to oral hygiene and took time with every patient to make sure they understood the importance of proper oral hygiene, including his rubber tips.
After 45 years in practice, Pat’s reputation in the Windsor area is one of respect and knowledge. Patient’s always knew that Pat cared about their oral cavity and their health. The number of teeth that Dr. Nagle has saved is innumerable.
Outside of dentistry, Pat loves traveling, golfing and fishing. Pat and his wife Stephanie are always finding new places in the world to visit, including African safari’s and other exotic vacations. Pat also loves spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Douglas Chan, DDS
Doug spent his youth in Toronto, growing up in the heart of the city. Once he decided dentistry was his calling, Doug attended the University of Toronto Dental School (DDS) and also completed a general practice residency program at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. After that time, he decided he wanted to be a periodontist and pursued that career at Stony Brook University in New York, completing a three-year periodontal residency.
After completing that degree, Doug returned to his hometown of Toronto and started practicing in 1995. After 1-year in Toronto, Doug joined with Dr. Nagle in Windsor in 1996. Since that time, Doug and Pat have built this practice and Doug has been in town at this office for 30 years. While Toronto was his first home in Canada, he is now proud to call Windsor home.
Outside of dentistry, Doug and his wife Sharon are the proud father of two daughters, Cordelia and Carmen. In his spare time, Doug is an avid car fan and also loves to play golf and tennis. He also enjoys cooking and can make just about anything he sets his mind to.

Outside of dentistry, Jeff is married to his college sweetheart, Cordelia. Like many who live in Canada’s motor city, Jeff has a passion for cars and loves all sports. Growing up around near Boston, he is an avid fan of the Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins and Boston Red Sox, despite being near the proud fan base of Detroit, MI. However, he is not a supporter of the New England Patriots fan and has been a Detroit Lions fan since he was as young as he could remember. He played competitive soccer and basketball as a youth and was a walk-on member of the Williams College Varsity soccer team. In his leisure time nowadays, you can find Jeff playing golf and spending time with his wife exploring the culture and food of Windsor and Detroit.
